Emery

Emery already reads your pipeline, answers the common questions, and does what you tell her — "remind me to chase the W-2 for James tomorrow", "ask Denise for a payoff statement". That part costs nothing and is always on. Add a key and she understands the same instructions asked any way you like, in your own words.

No key saved yet. Make one at console.anthropic.com, paste it here. You pay Anthropic directly for what you use — for one broker's pipeline that is cents a day, and you can cap the spend on their billing page. Nothing is sent anywhere until you save a key.
You pay Anthropic per question, roughly: Haiku ~2¢, Sonnet ~4¢, Opus ~9¢. Emery reads a summary of your pipeline and answers in plain English — Sonnet handles that comfortably. Move up only if her answers are not sharp enough.
Turn this off and she falls back to her built-in answers.

Emery is only ever shown a summary of your own pipeline — names, milestones, what is outstanding. She is instructed never to state a number that is not in your files. Borrower documents themselves are never sent anywhere.

Loan defaults

Used when a new loan is created.

Two-factor sign-in

A password on its own is the only thing standing between anyone who guesses it and every borrower's address, income and paperwork. This adds a second step: six digits from an app on your phone, changing every 30 seconds.

Integrations — credit, underwriting, pricing

The three things that need an account in your name, not ours. Bring your provider and key and each turns on with no further setup. Until then Mars never invents a score, an approval or a rate — the honest gap beats a made-up number.

Wholesale lenders

Every file can go to any of these as a MISMO 3.4 package today. When a lender approves your API integration, paste the credential they give you here to mark it connected — the direct one-click push is wired per lender.

MERS

Your 7-digit MERS Org ID. With it, Mars mints a valid 18-digit MIN for loans you register in your own name (and validates a MIN a lender assigns). Not a secret — it is the first seven digits of every MIN you issue.

Automations

When a file is created or reaches a stage, do something automatically — add a task, a condition, or a note. Rules only ever ADD work to a file, so a mistake makes noise, not damage; each rule runs once per loan.

Your closing costs

The figures printed on your follow-up sheet. Mars uses these to work out a loan amount and a payment from a balance and a cash-out — so a quote fills itself in. Change them whenever a vendor changes price.

Your sheet says streamlines are charged no points.
Your sheet says "0.029 x Loan Amount", and the loan amount includes the points, so it can be read either way. On a $140,000 loan the two are about $120 apart; on $500,000, nearer $450. Pick the one you actually quote.

Your look (whitelabel)

Borrowers and agents see your brand, not ours.

Leave blank to use your initials.

Margin management

What you earn. This drives the profit column on every lender comparison.

Your data

It is yours. Take a copy whenever you like — no request, no waiting.

The HMDA export is a worksheet of your reportable loans (originated, denied, withdrawn) — the official submission still goes through the HMDA Platform.

The full export includes every loan, lead, and your team list. Vendor API keys are stripped out — the file is safe to email to your accountant, but it still contains borrower information, so treat it accordingly.

Email

Sends signing links, document requests and share links straight to people, so nothing has to be copied and pasted.

You must own the sending domain and set up its SPF/DKIM records with the provider, or your mail lands in spam. This sends transactional messages only — documents and links people are expecting. Do not point it at a bought or cold list; that is how a sending domain gets blocked.

Home values

Look up what a house is worth from inside a loan file, and run the "what's my home worth" page that turns visitors into leads.

You bring your own account, so you pay the vendor directly at your negotiated rate and we never mark it up. Zillow is not on this list — they retired their public value API, and the "Zillow" wrappers sold on API marketplaces are scrapers that breach their terms. Automated estimates are never a substitute for an appraisal.

E-signatures

Send authorizations and consents out for signature.

Good for authorizations, consents, and agreements. Closing packages and eNotes still need a certified eClosing provider.

QuickQual — realtor self-serve pre-qual

Give your referral agents a link. They pre-qualify a buyer inside limits you set, get a branded letter, and every run drops a lead into your pipeline — no phone call needed.

A marketing rate, not a lock.
Comma-separated.
Turn QuickQual on and save to activate the link.

Loan templates

A starting kit per program — conditions, extra documents, and tasks are added automatically when a loan of that program is created.

API keys

For Zapier, your website form, or anything else that needs to talk to Mars. The full key is shown once — copy it then.

We POST to your URL when something happens, signed so you can verify it came from us.

Rate sheets — your lenders

Enter your own lenders and their pricing. Once you add one, the pricing engine quotes with your rates instead of the sample lenders — and those quotes become real, so they can go on letters and borrower pages.
